Ingredients

  • Gourmet Natureta Shakshuka with Onion
  • 4 eggs
  • 2tablespoons of vegatable oil (or butter)
  • (Optional) Salt, black pepper, chili flakes

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Instructions:

  • Heat the Oil: Add the vegetable oil to a large pan and heat it over medium heat.

  • Add the Onion Menemen Mix: Once the oil is hot, add the onion menemen mix to the pan. Sauté for 2–3 minutes, allowing the onions to soften a bit.

  • Crack the Eggs: After the onion mixture is well combined, crack the eggs into the pan. Let them cook for a few minutes until the egg whites are set.

  • Season: Once the eggs and the onion mix are well combined, add salt, black pepper, and optional chili flakes to taste. Continue cooking until the eggs reach your desired consistency.

  • Serve: Your onion menemen is ready! Serve hot with fresh bread.
